Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing in addition to your selected shipping transit time.

Expedited orders:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All domestic orders ship via UPS. (We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.)
A signature is required upon delivery for security.

UPS Ground: Free within the 48 contiguous states
Second Day: $25
Next Day: $35

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.

Free express shipping on orders over USD $250
Shipping fees for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout based on destination

We partner with Global-e for secure local currency payments, duties, and tax handling. Duties and taxes may be included in product pricing or shown at checkout depending on your location.

Most international orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. To view localized pricing and shipping options, click the flag icon in the upper-right corner of our website and select your country.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email will be sent once your purchase has shipped. Your tracking number will be included in this email when the order leaves our distribution center. You can also track your order anytime on our website.
