- Most international orders arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs.

- Customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and handling fees.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We operate with limited inventory. Our return and exchange window is 7 days.
Domestic (USA)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Return packages should be sent to the return address below.
International Orders
- No exchanges.
- Customers may return an item for a refund only and place a new order separately.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- A $20 return processing fee applies to all international returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping plus any customs charges or duties incurred.
- Customer may place a new order at any time.

*Important:* Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal or greater value. Items must be unworn with all original tags attached. Please email sin@sinofhearts.com for exchange approval and include a photo of the unworn item before sending it back. Items returned without prior approval or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
